Who Am I?

Women in Varkala have so much proud and grace wearing their sari's. Saree is stateliest women outfit in India and other countries in South East Asia.

It is great that traditions are kept all over the world. Each continent, country, city, community has their own habits, tradition, culture.

Further down the line we are all different and we want to be proud of it.

Mass media are trying to change us into robots - wearing the same cloths, thinking the same way, eating the same poisonous food. They want to numb us, so then it will be easy to control and manipulate us.

The great thing about humans is that we have the choice to be who we are and who we want to be! Where am I in that world? Where are my roots? Where is the traditions I grew up with? What created me the way I am?

WHO AM I?

WHO DO I WANT TO BE?

WHAT DO I DO TO FOLLOW MY DREAMS?

Please allow yourself to sit down for few moments and ask yourself those questions. Write them down in your journal. How do they make you feel?

Make your bullet points plan containing the smallest actions you can start doing to get what you really want in your life.

Feel free to share it with all of us.

With gratitude x

Marta
